There is no limit to the amount of funds that can be raised through our FUNdraising cruise! Outlined in this chart is the FUNdraising potential for the Charitable Contribution Check for a 10-night cruise.
HOW IT WORKS–THE CHARITABLE DONATION
When individuals book a vacation with C&O Travel™ into a group that we have created for your Charitable organization or Chamber of Commerce FUNdraiser, we donate $100.00 per double occupancy cabin to your organization–it’s that simple! The contribution check is based on the actual number of staterooms sailed, and will be made payable to your group. We will mail the check upon completion of the cruise via UPS, and will provide you with a tracking number.

USE THE FREE CABIN
to accommodate a special guest or VIP, or you and a friend no extra cost to you (government taxes are additional), OR
HAVE A DRAWING FOR THE FREE CABIN
and add the money raised to your FUNdraising total! Conducting a drawing is the responsibility of your organization, however, we will assist in promoting the raffle on social media. A raffle can be very lucrative, and appeals to current and potential supporters!
C&O TRAVEL™ PROVIDES
your organization with social media templates for announcing and promoting the raffle and of course, handle all the details of getting the winner on board your sailing!

GETTING THE BALL ROLLING IS SIMPLE. JUST DECIDE WHICH TYPE OF TRAVEL PACKAGE BEST FITS YOUR GROUP, AND WE ARE OFF AND RUNNING!
• We will schedule a kick-off call or video conference for all who will be supporting and organizing your fundraising cruise
• We work with you to determine your fundraising goals
• We provide a time-line/road-map for promoting your cruise, and lay out how we’ll work together to reach your goals
• We provide you with templates for Facebook and Twitter, and an announcement for your blog or newsletter
• We even set up a web page where supporters can register for the cruise on-line and for any of their other travel needs
